BAM! Emeril Lagasse's Old Cooking Clips Just Went Mega Viral This Weekend Thanks To Looking Like The Greatest Live Show Experience Since "Tool Time". And They Even Got The Legend Himself To Log Back On Twitter For The First Time In 3 Years
I'm assuming most of our readers are familiar with head chef Emeril Lagasse and his famous cooking show from the 2000s. TLDR, he was a big jolly fellow who loved to toss in loads of garlic and yell "BAM!" repeatedly whilst making incredible dishes for his live studio audience. Super keen on New Orleans cuisines too.
Honestly I only have fuzzy memories of my mom having it on in the background but man oh Manischewitz was it even more of an ELECTRIC FACTORY than I remember. Fucking BAM!!

And I was just whole heartedly reminded of that fact because a bevy of his 'Emeril Live' clips randomly went viral this weekend. Hit after hit after hit brother. Looked like one of the greatest trips you could've ever taken with your boys. How's that old saying go?
"I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days, before you've actually left them..."

What a goddamn legend. If you're hungry for more clips don't worry one bit, because there are 1,653 'Emeril Live' episodes to pick from. That man was WORKING in the 2000s.
And thankfully, he was able to appreciate all this online love too. Went so goddamn viral he logged onto his Twitter for the first time since April 2023! BAM!

Giphy Images. Also pretty cool to learn his son also became a top chef too. One of those rare cases where nepotism is actually awesome. What a family man. Their Sunday dinners together must've been fucking unreal.

Open invite to any of the Lagasses to come interview with Large on his 'You Gotta Try This Podcast'… that only seems right. Maybe we could even get Emeril to whip out the garlic one last time on camera. After enjoying all those clips, I'd do just about anything to get one more BAM. Stay thirsty, my friends.
