Hell Of A Start: Tunisia Is Reportedly Firing Their Coach Today After Getting Smoked 5-1 In Their First World Cup Game Last Night

[Source] - Tunisia manager Sabri Lamouchi is on the brink of being sacked after their 5-1 shellacking by Sweden, according to reports. According to Tunisian radio station Mosaique FM, Tunisian delegation chiefs requested an emergency meeting to discuss Lamouchi's future.

There are also reports of fights in the Tunisian camp immediately after full-time and also back at the team hotel. A witness also told the radio station that a fight broke out between a supporter and Lamouchi's son, whose role in the set-up is unclear.  

Now this is how you do the World Cup right. You show up for the late night game on the first weekend, get smoked 5-1, apparently have a fight at the team hotel and get fired. You don't just lose, you make a name. You need to do it dramatic fashion. Like Curacao was the opposite here. They lost 7-1 but that one goal might get their coach an extension and a raise. You scored against Germany. You had the match tied for a little bit, that's worth celebrating when you're Curacao. 

But now we have stories of his son getting in a fight with a supporter, losing 5-1. This is the World Cup I want. Soccer, no matter what part of the world you're in, always has some sort of dumb shit going on. There's always a coach getting fired and they just find another job 2 days later. It's nothing but recycles coaches all over the place and it's always a short leash. But one game into the World Cup? That's gotta be a record. Then again, Tunisia is basically dead to rights. They are in the one group that was somewhat a group of death with Sweden, Japan and the Netherlands. You're not getting points against Japan and the Netherlands. 

Kinda want to see Tunisia go 3 matches and 3 coaches. If you lose the next one, just bring in the next guy. Why not? You're Tunisia. You've never made it out of group stage so just become the country who fires coaches after every match. That or just keep getting in scraps with your fans. Hell of a start.
