Dave Portnoy Just Revealed The Prize Pool For The 2026 Internet Invitational And Not Only Is It Higher Than Last Year's $1 Million, It Might Even Be Enough To Get LeBron James Golfing In It Too

We got some wild news from the internet golf world today. Dave Portnoy has done the impossible and already made the 2026 Internet Invitational substantially bigger than last year's viral hit... 4x bigger to be exact. Now the winning team will be walking away with $4 MILLION, on top of getting all those juicy pageviews as well. What a selfless alpha male jackhammer he is.

Most honest man I know for a damn reason! And lest we forget, last year's tournament went SO nuclear on YouTube that even elite athletes like LeBron James & Collin Morikawa were getting lured into its algorithm. And against all odds, they LOVED what they were watching too. Bananaland stuff. 

Now if I had to guess, it was probably that legendary Fasoli golf cart moment that really sealed the deal for LBJ becoming a Barstool SPORTS fan. Can't blame him one bit really. All-time moment of #content, always worth a rewatch.

Looks like the full roster of 2026 players isn't released yet, but there has been some confirmations so far. Including our very own Jason Williams, who seems psyched as hell to bomb it down the fairway. Bitches.
