Pro Tip: You're Not Supposed To Use Your Face To Bunt In Baseball

I don't want to get up here and pretend like I'm something that I'm not. So for the sake of transparency, I'm not some sort of baseball guru you all think I am. I'm not some expert on the game like everybody constantly says. I stopped playing baseball in 3rd grade because it was too boring and I learned about lacrosse.

With that being said--I feel confident in my ability to break down this play right here. You can go to any baseball coach in America and they are going to tell you that you should use your bat if you are attempting to bunt, not your face.

This is what you get for trying to bunt anyway. Bunting is for cowards. Everybody knows that. It's the least American play in sports. If they played baseball in France, then it would be 9 innings of just bunts. But here in America, you should swing for the fences every time. You should be trying to obliterate that ball every time you're up at the plate. Bunting is for people who don't eat the crust on their pizza for some reason.

But the moral of the story is that if you're going to bunt, it's best to not use your face. Because if you just use that bat that you have in your hands, you won't have a fractured orbital bone. Make sense? Cool.
