Gotta Support The Team: A Couple Memphis Fans Apparently Got Ejected From Last Night's Game For Walking Across The Court To Berate The Refs

All heart right here from fans. I don't blame them for being pissed off. First off they are stuck watching a shitty Memphis team, probably arguing with people about Penny since Memphis fans are blind to him just failing and then you have to deal with Pat Adams and his bullshit? No reason not to let your voices hears at that point. You have to do something to inspire the team, maybe convince them they can go on a run in the American Tournament.

That said, I can't find a better video of the incident. I'm sure the dozens in the crowd weren't expecting two fans to walk across the court to berate the refs. That's how you know it's good and warranted. If you're able to delay the game coming out of halftime by giving Pat Adams hell, you should be praised. This is the highlight of the Memphis basketball season so far this year. We talk about how athletes should be allowed to challenge a fan to a fight once a year, I think the same for fans vs refs. We give so much money, time, blood, sweat and tears into supporting our team only for it to get ruined by a guy traveling across the country with a whistle. You should be allowed once a lifetime to go Shooter from Hoosiers on them

I think a lot of this would happen if you know Pat Adams or Doug Shows is calling the game. But imagine if you got to go toe-to-toe one time with TV Teddy back in the day? He'd embrace it more than anyone, especially knowing it'd be picked up. There will be nothing funnier to me than seeing refs calling for security. Take it easy stripes and just call a fair game next time.
