Anything Is Possible: Cameron Brink Reveals Her Fiancé Got Her Attention By Sending An Email With The Subject Line "Attempting To Mingle"
Chris Marion. Getty Images. There are moments in time where an event occurs that totally reshapes your thinking for the rest of time. Something you thought was impossible all of a sudden is very much on the table. A good example of this is Indiana going undefeated and winning a national title in football. If you had followed IU football over the last two decades you'd understand they were the actual doormat of college football. In comes Cignetti and the invention of NIL and boom you've got yourself a power house overnight. Their success proves that any school in the country, no matter how incompetent, can flip the script with the right buttons pushed.
Well now we're going to shift that kind of thinking to the dating scene. You know Cameron Brink, right? The 24 year old women's professional basketball player is beautiful, famous, and certainly not approachable by the average joes of the world.

Or so you thought! Brink is engaged, set to get married later this year to a fella named Ben Felter. Who? He was on the rowing team at Stanford (Brink's alma mater) and now works as a portfolio analyst. Aside from going to the same school as Brink, how did he possibly separate himself from the rest? The answer is email.
This pretty much defies the odds all over the place. First of all, email seems honestly more creepy than an Instagram DM. I suppose in his mind it stood out more than a random DM lost in the shuffle, but still a weird move. The subject line "Attempting to mingle" actually ending up with you marrying a smokeshow professional athlete is preposterous. I feel like upon sending that you gotta know there's a decent chance the FBI shows up at your door. But gentlemen, there's a reason they play the games. He won.
Okay it also helps that he's tall, good looking, and has his life seemingly put together. I guess that rules out a few of us. But to those who check said boxes and still are striking out, just know one simply, cringey, lame email could land you a life with someone like this.

Dream big. Shoot that shot or in this case send that email because the possibilities are truly endless.
