Leader: Dusty May Is Now Calling Out Michigan State For Dirty Plays From Friday's Game, Especially Jeremy Fears Tripping Yaxel Lendeborg

Yeah man, that's a Grayson Allen move. That's a trip. That's the thing that people bitch about all the time. Pretty clear, but then you see there's more to it. Here's the full Jeremy Fears highlight film that a Michigan fan put together

Some of it is dirty. Some of it plain old flopping and stupidity. I don't know who to blame first for that stop while dribbling so someone runs into you, but it's the worst part in basketball right now. And here's the video of May from today. It might be the most animated or fired up I've seen him

I love this all from Dusty May. He's got the better team. He's got the team who is a favorite to win the title and one of the 2 or 3 best teams in the country. Back your guys. You think Michigan State played dirty, call them out. I've been begging for some animosity in the sport forever and we're finally getting it. We don't need guys to be friends during the season. He's also not wrong. It's one of those when you see a dirty play, you just know it. That's what happened here. You don't just put your leg out like that.

But this is about giving me some real feelings during a rivalry. This is about backing your guys, not being afraid because you're a newer coach in the conference and Tom Izzo is the old guard. It's not just hinting around it and being pretty damn blunt about what you saw out there.

Tom Izzo responded too

Gotta say that's pretty lame by Izzo. You can't sit here and say well they were dirty too and Dusty can call me. He called out Jeremy Fears, there's a video of the tripping incident, maybe try calling Dusty first? Dusty doesn't need to call Izzo to discuss a dirty play. There's no point in that. Fears is Michigan State's best player so why would Izzo punish him when he's gotta keep winning.

The man is embracing the rivalry. Helps that he has an elite team, but this is what the rivalry needed.

March 8 is going to be awesome. There's some real hate back in this.
