Red Sox Hall of Famer Dustin Pedroia didn't elected into the Hall of Fame this year. But he'll get in eventually. And he should.  Pedroia saw his voting % jump 74% from his first to his second year on the ballot. Why are you allowed to stay on the ballot if you only get 11.9% of the vote in Year 1?
