People (Geniuses) In The College Football World Are All Saying Kentucky Is In The Best Shape To Be The Next Indiana
Brandon is very right here. People woke up this morning dreaming that they could cheer for the next Indiana. Yeah, maybe not 16-0 or have this quick of a turnaround, but there is hope. There's hope that if you make the right hire, get money involved and most importantly find the right mix of players, anything is possible. I mean it's Indiana football. They were the worst program in America from a major conference standpoint in the history of the world. Also, well aware how nearly impossible it is to find another Curt Cignetti. I know you won't find him currently at Maryland
But there is somewhere with hope. The most beautiful place on Earth. A place where Two Keys was king, Keeneland is heaven and has very smart people in the college football world talking glowingly about it.
That's right. The University of Kentucky Wildcats. A program based around the basketball program, that has some money to spend, made a hire in Will Stein that has everyone pumped and an incoming transfer class that has us starting to believe in something.

I know people like to make fun of Kentucky football, because we don't have a ton of history. I've sat in the stands for 3-win seasons. I've sat in the stands to deal with Joker Phillips and knowing there was just no chance of a win. That all changes. That all changes the moment Indiana made the turnaround. That all changed the moment Will Stein got hired. It's the sort of rejuvenation that this fanbase needed. We'll fill the place. We care about football, that's always been the thing that's wrong about Kentucky football. It's no longer just passing time for basketball. We had a small taste with some 10 win seasons, wins over No. 1 LSU and top-10 wins.
Don't take it from me. Take it from people in the college football world who I consider geniuses. Kentucky is next.
It's a new era.
