'I Don't Like Anything About Them' - Seahawks DL Jarran Reed Is Bringing Hate To The 49ers Rivalry, Something We Need More Of In Sports

I don't know if it's because it's the playoffs or something else, but we've had too many arguments over dumb shit in football lately. Obviously the Jags media thing was a talking point. Then you have people freaking out that Ben Johnson had the nerve to say fuck the Packers. 

Me? I fucking love it. We need hate in rivalries. We need people to be pissed at each other because of a snub or a locker room video or whatever the hell you want it to be. Seahawks/49ers falls into that category. I mean, hell, do we forget this? 

Now you have the NFC West Tournament + the Bears in the playoffs. Yeah, this shit matters. Who cares if a player hates another team? It's what you're supposed to do in sports! I feel like I'm taking crazy pills these days with people throwing a fit that everyone isn't friends and complimentary of each other. Nah, talk your shit, play with some hate and then figure out who wins the game. It's that simple. 

It's another reason why I don't want anymore division realignment in sports. The NFL has these built-in rivalries all across the league. 49ers/Seahawks is one of them. Don't mess with it. I'm fascinated by this game too. You got Sam Darnold trying to get over playoff ghosts from last year, a Seahawks team that I don't know if people truly have bought into. The 49ers all banged up, coming off the Eagles win, playing the team they lost to in week 18. Yeah, give me this game and give me hate in rivalries again.
