SneakermobTrading sneakers for other goods is not uncommon. Trading sneakers for organs, on the other hand, is something we haven’t ever seen before and the Yeezy 350 Boost could save one man’s life. 26-year old Matt Neal of Ann Arbor, Michigan took to Facebook’s WDYWT group looking to trade his size 10 Yeezys for a functioning kidney. According to Neal, he has two failing kidneys and has been on dialysis for two years now, but he’s hopeful some sneakerhead will be willing to go under the knife for the primeknit low-tops. So how bad do you want those Yeezys? Matt, whose blood type is B+ in case you’re considering, has already received a ton of comments on his facebook post which you can check out here.

Whats a guy gotta do to get a pair of Yeezy’s around here?

Just give up your kidney motherfucker. You get 2 shoes for 1 kidney. And then you can turn around and sell those things on Flight Club for like 2,000 bucks. Find some schmuck who will finance them at 30% and cash in. All seems pretty straight forward to me!

The sneaker world has lost their goddam mind. Especially with the Yeezy’s. Those shoes are lame. They’re so over the top and weird. If they weren’t attached to Kanye West nobody would even care about them. Its pure hype. All celebrity endorsement and exclusivity and all that shit. The actual shoes themselves are flat out ugly. Look like weird slippers. But yet you got people paying legit thousands of dollars for them. Asking for kidneys. Contemplating giving kidneys. Preposterous.

Shout out to Papi Negro though. The only dude with a brain out there. A pair of Yeezys aint worth compromising your ability to consume alcohol, thats for damn sure.
