Always A Giants Legend: Tom Coughlin Has Reportedly Reached Out To John Harbaugh, Apparently To Convince Him To Take The Giants Job

Oh, hell yes. This is is the sort of report that I needed to see to believe that something good is about to happen. It's not a secret that every Giants fan loves Tom Coughlin. He's the guy who saved this franchise before and by God he's going to save it again. He knows what's good for this franchise, he's seen the dumbasses at work and if there's one thing, it's this is the face we need back

This is the guy who knew what it took to win in New York. It's not exactly shocking that this franchise went to shit when we decided to move on from Coughlin and Jerry Reese left. So that's why you get him to talk to the number 1 coaching option. It's a little weird how obvious we are that it's all-in on John Harbaugh

Now you need to get it done. You can't do lunches, going to houses and bringing in Tom Coughlin only for Harbaugh to go to the Falcons. 

You know what? Let's play it safe here. Just let Tom Coughlin, Eli Manning and the Giants defensive line from that era run all the pitches. Maybe bring in Brandon Jacobs too while we're at it. That's the group I trust. Actually fuck it, I can't forget about the offensive line. Just bring back the entire two Super Bowl teams and let them do it instead of Mara, Schoen and that group. One we trust, one we don't. One knows how to win, one doesn't. Seems pretty obvious here.

But shout out Tom Coughlin. He could have held a grudge. He could have said fuck this franchise forever until he was ready. Well once a Giant, always a Giant, and in this case, always a legend. Close the deal now, Tom. Time to operate on Coughlin time.
