The NBA Suspended Dennis Schroder For 3 Games For Reportedly Trying To Fight Luka Doncic

Out of nowhere we learn that Dennis Schroder is being suspended for trying to fight Luka Doncic after a game in late December? What? The Lakers blew doors that night to the tune of a 125-101 win, so what may have caused Schroder to lose his shit? Probably Luka trolling him about that whole fumbling of the bag thing

This news also made me think of some of the other hilarious post-game fight attempts we've had in NBA history, who could forget the police presence that was required between the Rockets and Clippers

Then there was also that time the Miami Heat waited for the Nuggets in the tunnel so they could beat up Nikola Jokic. You'll never believe this, but nothing happened.

Without even knowing the reason, I'm pretty sure I'm on Dennis Schroder's side here. It's not shocking that there's a world Luka got under someones skin to the point where they tried to track them down behind the scenes, plus it's a Laker so by default I have no choice but to support it. The fact that he actually threw a swing is pretty wild, because I'm pretty sure Luka would destroy Schroder in a fight simply due to his size. That skinny version of Luka? That guy's gone. Fat Luka is back, and I'm not sure I like Schroder's chances in that matchup.

The Kings season has been over for quite some time now, so it's not like this Schroder suspension makes a difference or anything. Just another day in the most dramatic league on earth.
