We Promise You'll Never See A Dumber Loss In College Basketball Than Chicago State Getting A Technical Foul With .1 Left (And Up 2 With The Ball)
I can't say I ever expected to write anything about Chicago State since I retired ranking every single Division I team before the season, but here we are. This is it. This is the dumbest loss I've ever seen and you'll ever see. It's not Chris Webber in the title game. It's not a buzzer beater. You quite literally can't lose with .1 on the clock while up 2 and having the ball. You can turn the ball over there and still not lose.
But this is Chicago State. If this was the coach who called timeout, I'm not lying when I say he should be fired from the sport forever. This is something so dumb, that you should legally not be allowed to coach the sport. If this was a player, suicides and stairs aren't enough. Gotta kick him off the team. There's .1 on the clock! It's impossible to lose. Unless you're Chicago State. If you're Chicago State you lose this game. Incredible all the way around.
PS: This would never happen if they just hired Mark Titus years ago like he pitched. You won't see Mark Titus call timeout with .1 on the clock and a lead, that's a blog promise.
