Don't Let Him Leave The Building: Reports Are Now Out That The Giants Are 'All-In' On John Harbaugh And He's Done Plenty Of Research On Jaxson Dart
Everyone's pal Clem wrote this blog this morning. In fact we were talking about it last night, debating about where this ranks as an important win for us as Giants fans. He said we won a playoff game, I had to remind him because of that we drafted Deonte Banks, one of my all-time least favorite Giants. So, if we get Harbaugh, yeah, I'm willing to go back to the 2012 Super Bowl. But the point remains. We need John Harbaugh. We need to seal the deal. We need to not let him leave the building because he's apparently the guy we're all-in on:
It makes sense. He's a damn good coach. I know what happened this year in Baltimore and the fact that him and Lamar seemed off and his voice got stale in the locker room. Dude was there for 18 years, of course it was going to get stale at some point. The fact is he knows how to win, he more often than not is a consistent winner. He brings something the Giants haven't had since Tom Coughlin. A leader, a winner, a real football coach. He's doing his part too:
Positive reviews when it comes to Jaxson Dart! Someone keep feeding Harbaugh all the positive reports. Look at what he did with a dumbass coaching staff and Darius Slayton dropping passes and being a bum. Look at what he did with Jalin Hyatt still on the roster. Look at what he did with everything wrong with the Giants. Harbaugh can make him win games again!
This week is the most important week for the Giants in over a decade.
The stakes have never been higher. Did the smart thing by meeting with Stefanski today. He was the guy I wanted before Harbaugh became available. This isn't a Pat Shurmur situation where you're using a former coach after a resurgence as a coordinator. This is a guy who can come in, force Joe Schoen out if he wants and get Mara's hands out of there. Don't let him leave the building.
