Reminder: Do Not EVER Tell A Hockey Dad His Son Should Play Soccer

Noted! I will not ever, under any circumstance, tell a hockey dad that his son should be playing soccer. God forbid his little princess decides to take up another sport. And having worked in a hockey rink for nearly six years, I can confidently say that people like that actually exist but here's the thing...I love them. Yes, they are the worst people on the planet, but you have to admire their passion. Hockey parents love nothing more than hockey. They live it, they breath it, and they want their kids to love it just as much as they do. The problem is that they tend to get a little carried away. They want to get their monies worth. I don't blame them either - do you know how expensive ice time is? Equipment? Not to mention the actual time they spend getting to and from the rink, getting the kids ready etc.. If my kid was playing like a bitch I'd be pissed too. 

The good news is I'm sure the kids can't hear anything. They're too focused on the game to be worried about what mom and dad are saying in the stands. Besides, they probably hear it all the time. Oh well. Fingers crossed that kid was about to get his shit together otherwise it's gonna be along ride home. Thanks for reading.
