The Nuggets Beat The 76ers And Denver's Spencer Jones Is Celebrating On...LinkedIn?????

Before I was hired by Barstool back in September, I was without at W-2 job for almost three years. Shoutout, MutStack.

But yeah, I'll admit it, I spent some time on LinkedIn. Tried to make some connections. I pretty much sucked at it.

People would post about new jobs, promotions, looking for new work. A LOT of motivational posts. Like, a lot. Too many, even. You'd even see the occasional blog post from someone, writing about their field of expertise.

Giphy Images.

Gotta say, I never saw something like this.

An NBA player - or any professional athlete - taking to LinkedIn to celebrate a regular season win.

But that's what Nuggets' forward Spencer Jones did on Tuesday afternoon.

Did Spencer Jones just change the game?

And look, I get it, this was a BIG win for the Nuggets. Seven rotational players (including Jokic) OUT Monday night for Denver, this was their second night of a back-to-back, and they beat the 76ers in OT. Big boy win.

Celebrate on Twitter? Sure. IG? Yep. TikTok? Of course.

But LinkedIn?

Like, I was posting on LinkedIn to just remind people I was alive and still breathing. Maybe you've done the same.

Thousands of people watched Jones and the Nuggets win last night - they're well aware he's thriving with the Nuggets.

To his credit, Jones is not some LinkedIn newbie - he's been busy on there for a while.

13k followers and 500+ connections - He's much better than I ever was on the platform.

Good for Jones. Maybe Lebron will start posting on there. I'd take some daily motivation from the best two-way player in the NBA right now, Jaylen Brown

Big win for the Nuggets. We'll see if Jones opens to door for more professional athletes to start posting on the networking site.
