Dumb Team Does Dumb Shit - The Giants Are Officially Bringing Back Joe Schoen So We Can Continue The Endless Cycle Of Having No Hope

I don't even know anymore man. This is so stupid, but so expected because John Mara is driving this franchise into the ground and it'll always be that way. There's things to get excited about. Jaxson Dart, Malik Nabers, Abdul Carter, Brian Burns. All great! But we fired Brian Daboll this season, who came in with Joe Schoen, as if we trust Schoen to lead the next coaching search. So what happens when there's a devastating injury, the team chokes away a few games and we're sitting at like 2-7 again? Fire Joe Schoen just to bring in the next guy who didn't hire the coach and then fire someone else. 

What has Schoen done that has any fan feeling great that he will turn next year's team into a playoff contender? The whole thing with Jaxson Dart was that he's Brian Daboll's guy. That Daboll was the one who led the charge for him to start, to trade for him, etc. With Schoen we have his son, who I'd let him make decisions

That 2023 Draft might go down as the worst we'll see. Pointless players all over the place, worthless players even. 2022 gave us Evan Neal, a guy who is a gigantic waste of money and time. Not a ton of guys who can really produce or be the future for the Giants on this list. So, yeah, this is the guy we're trusting to keep building with some pieces that actually work? 

If anything this just proves that winning doesn't matter. If winning matters, John Mara would have packed up Schoen's shit and sent him on an economy flight somewhere else in the country. It just keeps going around for us fans. They want to puff their chest out that they beat the Cowboys and Raiders, that they have this young core all while losing games and having seasons over by November. Can't wait for next season!
