Not Only Have The Knicks Lost Three In A Row But It Appears They May Have Lost Emily Ratajkowski's Fandom To The Nets
These are tough times in Knicksland. Okay, let me rephrase that. These are tough times in Knicksland compared to the last few seasons in Knicksland. Because tough times in Knicksland used to mean sucking for an entire season then completely fucking over your chance for a great draft pick by winning some meaningless games then keeping the same chucklheads in charge who put you into this hopeless predicament. That role in New York has now been taken over by the New York Football Giants.
Anyway, the Knicks losing three games in a row while dealing with some injury/rest issues two weeks after winning the NBA Cup can be categorized as a problem these days. Losing one of the biggest smokeshows on the planet from Celebrity Row along with that losing streak definitely puts us into Tough Times status.
Not that this is all on the Knicks. Trust me, I would still like to say motherfuck James Dolan no matter how hard he tries to cosplay as MSG's Robin Hood by giving out game balls to fans after Knicks wins. However, it seems like Emrata may have fallen victim to one of Kazoo Jimmy's shitty bans (not to be confused with his shitty bands where he plays the kazoo).
The craziest part of all? I actually agreed with this ban when it happened. If you leave your fancy seats during a 21-point comeback, the team is well within their rights to keep riding that juju wave, even if it's years later. Bobby Bacala gets to attend any playoff game he wants because he is there from tipoff until the final buzzer on Tuesday night in Februrary. You can't just let any celeb sit courtside then throw them on your social media account or else you are no better than, well, the Nets.
Anyway, we'll see if Ms. Ratajkowski's visit to the Barclays was just a one time thing or if she is about to become their Timmy Chalamet. I'll keep watch on her Instagram and report back with my findings!
