A Clippers Superfan Has Denounced His Fandom After They Sent Chris Paul Home And Blake Griffin Told Him To "Go Find Your Peace, King"

Look, it's a Saturday before the real conference championship games start and there's nothing to talk about. The conference championships don't really mean anything anyway but this isn't a college football blog. But man you really hate to see something like this from the other side in Los Angeles. I don't want to talk about the Celtics who think that winning a game against a team on a B2B in the Garden without Luka and LeBron actually counts. But if you want to read a boring recap blog about it here you go:

Anyway, the Clippers are who we're here to talk about and they really have some serious problems. That team is older than dirt, have no real hope in the next few years, and might as well just dump their roster and start the rebuild now. It's a shame that the purple and gold team is doing a whole lot better and has the MVP of the league on their squad. Seems like this Clippers fan is well aware of that.

"Lob City meant everything to me but I guess meant nothing to the richest owner in sports" is a hilarious reason to hate the team. Sure, the Clippers probably should have just left CP3 and let him run the team in what is a throwaway year anyway. But Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan aren't coming back, and while Lob City was the only time Clippers fans have had real happiness, it's a far cry away.

But it isn't all bad for this Jimbo Drips fella. Sure, he's going viral because Blake Griffin seems to agree that the Clippers have no future and the peace is across the city with the Lakers. But he's going from a hopeless franchise to one with too much hope, and that must be a nice feeling. So maybe this is a congratulations to Jimbo Drips, former ball boy and 19 year superfan, because he just got out of a toxic relationship and found someone better. Welcome home!
