The Stranger Things Cast Reacting To The Big Twist At The End Of 'Volume 1' During The Table Read Rocks

It's officially been over a week since 'Stranger Things 5' returned, and I guess that means spoilers are fair game for Netflix! They just tweeted out a video of the final 'Volume 1' table read, which ends with a massive twist - Will Byers finally tapping into the hivemind and using Vecna's powers to save his friends. 

It's an incredible scene and cliffhanger for the rest of the season - his eyes go white, the Demogorgans attacking the gang all freeze and have their bones broken into smithereens, and then a drop of blood runs down his nose before it cuts to black. It's been almost ten years since Will was taken into the Upside Down and he's FINALLY playing an Uno Reverse card and using powers himself. Watching the table read really gives you a sense of what that moment meant to everyone in the room as well. Look at everyone's faces!

Certainly different reactions than the final 'Game of Thrones' table read….

I also thought it was interesting to see how that moment was written in the script, and how it evolved in the final product - obviously the editing and overlaying of Robin's speech is a major part of that moment, and it wasn't even in there originally!
