Problem Solved: There's Now An Active Snitch Line Where Anyone (Fans Included) Can Report 'Potential NIL/Rules Violations' On Other College Teams

I understand why you have this and it's not really anything super new, but we're in the world of NIL and college fandom hitting more than ever. I hope whoever is in charge of reading through these accusations are ready. You lose a heartbreaker to a rival? You don't call into Finebaum and yell anymore, you go right to the snitch line. I already have it ready if I have to. That's right, you can do the same too, because this is open to EVERYONE. I don't know how you think that's a great idea, you're going to get the diehards who have too much time on their hands submitting random reports on the hour, every hour.

[Source] - College sports’ power conferences created the CSC in the wake of the House v. NCAA settlement, which was formally approved in June and went into effect on July 1. It is charged with overseeing rules related to the multi-billion-dollar antitrust settlement, including the revenue-sharing model between schools and college athletes, as well as the NIL Go clearinghouse that manages third-party NIL deals.

These crowdsourced reports can be made by “anyone with information or concerns about potential rule violations,” whether they are directly involved in college athletics or are members of the general public. The reports go directly to CSC staff members, who can follow up on and investigate the information as needed.

I love that this is one of their solutions to NIL control. You think THIS is going to stop some big time program coming in and stealing a mid-major player they want? Of course not. It never mattered what the NIL situation was or anything. If there's a transfer portal, there's tampering. But this snitch line is for NIL deals, which means we're going to get every single fan who paints their face sending only the hottest of tips about their rivals. This is where message board members will thrive. They've spent decades working those fan message boards, tracking planes, talking to anyone and everyone who says they know someone to get a report out there. Now they get to make an official snitch? This is their moment and no one else's.

I need these reports to come out to the public. Don't hide them from us or come out with the hammer when it's like an Akron left guard messed up a $500 transaction. I want the lunatics who spend all day calling to be released. Let me see what they come up with. Either way, there's a 0% chance this works out. Good luck.
