The Prairie View A&M PA Announcer Hitting Air Horns, Going Ballistic After Every Single Shot Needs To Be In NCAA Tournament Arenas Next Month

Perfect. This is what I expect from SWAC basketball, or any real mid-major if we're being honest. There are dozens upon dozens of people in the crowd and that's not going to stop this PA announcer from going all out. He has air horns, he has his soundboard, if you can make a highlight reel that's FOUR minutes long, you're doing something right. So give him a shot. Let him be the PA announcer for at least the Dayton First Four games. He deserves it.

We hear it all the time, or at least we did at some point in the early 2000s. Dress for the job you want. Well, clearly this guy has been watching the old school DEEEETROITTTT BASKETBALLLLL announcer and decided that's the job he wants. Mission accomplished. He may have also listened to Hank and the first Pardon My Take where the reggae horn was used a lot. Draw inspiration to call your heart out for this game.

There's something just right about mid-major basketball having this. You can't do this at Houston or Gonzaga or Kentucky or Kansas or anything like that. It has to be Prairie View A&M. That's where you steal the show. I mean the 88 people in attendance can't get enough of it and clearly the Internet is talking about it. That's how you can get called up the big leagues. Forget expansion, forget bubble talk, how do we get this man into the First Four?
