Diddy's Lawyer, Who Once Was On Osama Bin Laden's Defense Team, Has Said He "Under no circumstances" Can Go On Defending Diddy And Has Quit

People - One of Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers filed a motion to withdraw from the mogul's defense team.

Anthony Ricco did not provide a reason for his request, in which he wrote, "under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs," according to an affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.

In the affidavit, Ricco says he did not want to divulge information protected by attorney-client privilege when explaining why the request was so brief.

Ok, so Diddy's lawyer is leaving his case. It happens- lawyers leave cases all the time. But let me give you one more little piece of information that People Magazine left out of their blip….

IB Times - Ricco, a highly experienced attorney, has represented high-profile clients, including Osama Bin Laden. His decision to step down from Combs' case has raised eyebrows, with many questioning what could have led to his exit. Some believe it suggests serious developments in the case.

Bro, WHAT??? 

Anthony Ricco is as high-profile a lawyer as they come. This dude would represent genocide as long as the check cleared. He was on Osama Bin Laden's defense team for heaven's sake! But every man has a breaking point, and he draws his line in the sand at P Diddy. That is incredible. Guy was out there working overtime for Osama, but he got one look at the Diddy case and said "woah, woah, woah, my friends, this is just way too much". 

And his statement too. He didn't say he had a family emergency or some sort of excuse, he just straight up said "under no circumstance can I continue". YOWZA! Was Diddy eating the flesh of children on camera?? Was he running a fetus harboring warehouse? For your lawyer to say Bin Laden is not too shabby compared to you, that's when you know you're in some deep, deep shit. 

We know Diddy did some messed up things. Some really dark, disgusting things. Stuff that honestly shouldn't even be joked about. I would assume he did things so deprived that they won't even tell us about in court because it will change the way we view the world. Things like, out of "Saw" movies. And we're talking that he did this stuff to minors. And because of that, the defense is trying to suppress evidence from coming out:

ABC News - Evidence federal prosecutors obtained through searches of Sean "Diddy" Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami and elsewhere must be suppressed because the warrants that authorized those searches were unconstitutional, defense attorneys argued Sunday in a new court filing.

The defense argued the warrant applications for the Diddy's houses, iCloud accounts, phones and hotel room were overbroad, excluded facts that could have been favorable to Combs and "presented a grossly distorted picture of reality."

The heavily redacted defense motion does not publicly reveal the specifics of what prosecutors allegedly omitted but said the warrant applications eliminated important context that the magistrate judge who approved them should have seen, including about a certain witness that the defense contended had reason to fabricate and embellish.

So yeah, I don't blame this lawyer whatsoever for quitting. Terrorism, fine. This nasty shit Diddy was doing? Inexcusable.
