A 'Traitors' Appreciation Blog - An Elite Reality Game Show That Everyone Should Be Watching By Now

I know I talk about college basketball a little too much. But, that said, I do have another weakness. Reality game shows. I love them, love all the game shows. Didn't matter if I was growing up watching Guts, American Gladiators, Legends of the Hidden Temple to Jeopardy and to Amazing Race, Big Brother and obviously The Challenge. You know me, you know I love the Challenge (RIPIP No Quitters). But I have a new love.
The Traitors.
It's quickly become an elite show, in fact you could say it's the perfect show if you need to watch something with a significant other. Can slap it on, see some backstabbing, some arguments, reality stars from a bunch of different shows and got pissed at bad gameplay. I'm addicted to it and we're only in season 3 here.
For those who don't know the show it's pretty simple. Season had 4 traitors, who 'murder' a faithful at night. Then you wake up in the morning, see who is 'dead', then go do a mission to put money in the pot. After that there's a roundtable to discuss and vote who you think is a traitor and vote someone out based on majority vote. A little bit of werewolf mixed with Survivor.
I'm going to talk about this season with spoilers ahead. This includes last night's episode. This is your chance to leave.

Alright, now we can do some spoilers. If you missed last night again click out of here fast.
This season has been awesome, mostly because we've had Boston Rob, an icon of games, and someone like Derrick who was a star on Big Brother and knows the game well. Throw in Wes who was a strong player and the chaos from Danielle/Carolyn and we're witnessing an elite season. Hell last year was too but that's my CT weakness. Can we talk about last night's episode? I want to talk about last night's episode.
We saw why Boston Rob was made for this show. The fact he tried pinning all the murders on Brittany while it was completely obvious to be Rob was a strong move. He almost got away with it too. He got away with it when Wes was voted out and then Derrick got killed. He flipped Dylan to not vote for him but somehow Tom Sandoval was the genius behind this all.

I do wonder if they will try to get back to 3 traitors soon. I can't see this relationship working out:
Danielle has played a horrendous game so far. She's overplayed her hand with the dramatics when someone gets eliminated, she targeted Boston Rob and now is trying to work with Carolyn, after they got into it. They'll flip on each other at some point, no doubt about that at some point.
I'm upset that Derrick got picked off, but it was clear it had to happen. Rob tried to save his ass. Derrick has been the best player so far in the game and Rob a close 2nd. All I know is between the fighting, the arguing and backstabbing, this is the show that gets priority on Thursday nights. It's an easy show to knock out if you need to catch up. It's perfect to watch with a significant other. It's just good, that's the only way I can describe it.
