How Long Would It Take You To Lose 25% Of Your Neck Fat?

I don't spend a lot of time thinking about neck fat but that was before I learned that FtT is down to a size 18. And from a 24 no less? That's either a 25% or 33% reduction depending on your ability to fill out a basic growth formula.

Regardless of the number, we can all agree these are 2 different people

Big Man vs. Big Smile:

Size 18 neck is within the standard bowtie measuring scale. You can walk off the street and into a Jos. A. Banks and get a size 18 no problem. Jose would sell Frank the exact same adjustable garment designed for regular necks. No Big and Tall. No extra tailoring. I'm talking bowtie off the fuckin rack and right across the jugular. NO ADJUSTMENTS NECESSARY.

So congratulations to Frank on the quite-literally unbelievable transformation. All the credit in the world goes to Frank for taking the steps. And then pass some more credit around to obvious sources like Jenks and Bets and Mrs. Met.

But then lurking deep there's that community of supportive people that want to see Frank (and others) live happily. A vast amount of strangers from all walks of life that take joy in another person's progress. All of it adds up and it's just crazy to think all the positive impacts that flow up and downstream.

So if you're in that camp, you get a little extra gravy this Sunday afternoon. Maybe even some fresh ground pepper and grated parmesan on top. You earned the treat.

As for Frank, I think the time has come for Steve Cohen to name him to the Mets' Board of Directors. Or at least a sliver of ownership like it's 1988 and your employer just dialed up an ESOP for the fellas in the outbound call center. That moves the needle plenty in my professional opinion

Anyways congratulations to Frank on the smaller neck and good luck to anyone reading this that wants a smaller/bigger anything.

It's probably not as hard as you think provided you simply try. So maybe just try.
