"All I Can Control Is The Next Thing I'm On To" - Davante Adams Seems Very Happy In Vegas And Is Definitely Not About To Be Traded

First of all, I would tell Kay Adams every secret I had. No shot I could play it cool and not just give into whatever she requests. Davante has more strength than me. Imagine disappointing this woman? 

Second of all, Davante Adams is about to be on a new football team. The only way he could have made that more clear is if he flat out said "I'm never playing another down for the Raiders so help me god. Strike my family if I'm out there on Sunday. I would rather look Medussa in her eyes than play for Vegas again." That relationship and situation are beyond repair. A big problem, the Raiders refuse to surround him with a serious QB. This comes after trading away his boy Derek Carr, the guy he came to Vegas to play with. I don't know what they expected to happen going into this very important season with Gardner Minshew and Aiden O'Connell, but it ain't working. The teetering disgruntled star wide receiver who was in desperate need of success and stability? Yeah he's had enough. The Raiders seem like they've accepted reality as well. From what I gather, if Vinny says this it's happening. 

So the Jets seem obvious right? The Chiefs would be a top candidate as well with Rashee Rice's injury, but I can't see it. The guy who made Jordan Rules for Patrick Mahomes is going to turn around and gift him an elite weapon?

Would be a wild move, but maybe the Chiefs ask nicely? The Jets need an upgrade to that offense. Garrett Wilson has not looked like a WR1 so far with Rodgers and would benefit greatly with some help on the outside. The rest of the supporting cast might not be enough for 39 year old Rodgers to make it work. Adding Davante Adams to the mix makes a lot of problems go away, even if they have other issues to address. 

I mean how is Davante not a Jet after that quote? Other options could be the Steelers, Chargers, Ravens, Bills, and the Niners (solely because I think they have unlimited cap and nothing makes sense). If the Jets don't reunite Adams and Rodgers though something went very wrong for them.
