Deshaun Watson Is Being Sued Again For An Alleged Sexual Assault Incident From 2020

I mean, what do you want me to say here? 3 years again when we brought him in, everyone in Cleveland had to play mental gymnastics with all of the allegations, trying to justify why he was worth the hassle. The fact of the matter is we paid a man $230,000,000 with more baggage than you’d find at a jampacked airport. But at that point, we were told the juice was worth the squeeze. We were told that he was the answer to solving the Browns riddle towards getting a Super Bowl.

Now? 2 years and 1 game later? It’s painfully obvious that Deshaun Watson is simply not a good quarterback. And in no way is he worth that guaranteed contract, let alone the hassle we’ve had to deal with by signing a bad dude. I know it was in jest, but Big Cat and PFT may have actually been correct in their satirically debate on PMT this morning.

And that was before today’s newest allegations, which are really really weird.

Here’s my question: if we cut him because of these, do we have to pay him? Because I’m sure the Browns would sign up for that IMMEDIATELY.  And we’d probably be better at football because of it. Insert Jameis Winston, save the hundred plus million dollars, and boom….we’re back. In all honesty, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the Browns try to make this type of move without having all the facts. If they can get out of the Deshaun Watson business and save a hundred million in the process, they have to.
