Browns Fans Started Arriving In The Muni Lot On Friday Afternoon To Tailgate For Today's Game Vs. The Cowboys
Well folks I can't guarantee we'll have the best football team in the league this year. In fact, I'm guessing when it's all said and done we won't.....for the (however long the NFL has been around) straight year. But one thing I can guarantee you is that once again, the Cleveland Browns will have the best fans in football. Source: We've fucking sucked and our fans are still showing up to the Muni Lot every single Sunday. Doesn't matter if we're 16-0 (haven't been) or 0-16 (have been), it'll look like this many hours before the game:

And apparently it's no longer just Sundays when the fans show up. News outlets are reporting lines to get into the Muni Lot last night, with the first fans arriving after work on Friday. Love the passion from everyone, but reminder, NO ALCOHOL!
Every single year they post this and every single year it is news to me. I honestly thought the policy was "Browns fans WITHOUT alcohol are not allowed in the Muni Lot". At least that's what my eyeballs have been telling me for the last 20 years. My family has been tailgating in the Muni Lot since the Browns returned in '99, and I don't think I've ever seen one sober person above the age of 15. In fact, I saw my first pair of voluptuous breasts in the Muni Lot at the ripe age of 8. The woman's shirt said, Shotgun a Beer and I'll Show You My Titties. Someone else did the crime, but 3rd grade Tate did the time. The time of his life. And I learned about two beautiful parts of this thing that we call life that day.
Anyways, that's not the point of this blog. The point of this blog is that all eyes will be on Cleveland this afternoon in America's Game of the Week (plus Tom Brady's debut) and our fans are going to be nice and lubed up. My dad and brother got up there about 8 am this morning, pushing back their normal arrival by an hour because the game starts 3.5 hours later than normal. That's called Cleveland Math. I just hope they stay sober enought to hear the airhorn.
Stefanski says it and I do it. That's my policy this year. He's earned my trust. Now I just hope Deshaun Watson does too.
