The Baltimore Ravens Post Game Press Conference Will Make You Lose Brain Cells
Look, I love Lamar Jackson and the Broward County Ravens, but yesterday’s press conference was a tough look for the entire organization. Starting with Lamar—what do you mean you still think it’s a touchdown? Lol… Come on, LJ, the Chiefs have that big-ass Stewie-from-Family-Guy-sized screen for a reason. The only way someone could watch that replay and still believe it’s a touchdown is if they’re legally blind. Next time, tell Isiah to wear some white cleats!
Although inaccurate, Lamar is one of the most electric players in the league, but even the best have their moments of denial. It’s understandable to be frustrated, especially when a game ends like that, but insisting on something so clearly overturned is not it.
As much as I respect Lamar’s competitive spirit, sometimes you just have to tip your hat to the call and move on. The Ravens are a team with championship aspirations, but moments like these can be a reminder that even the smallest details, can make all the difference. So, next time, maybe go with the white cleats.
NOW THIS IS ONE OF THE WILDEST STATEMENTS I’VE EVER HEARD. This was so dumb that I had to hear it twice to make sure I didn’t say it myself. Isiah Likely was by far the best player in last night’s game—he put on an absolute clinic. Nobody could guard him, and as someone who’s drafted him in fantasy every year since he was a rookie, I was glad to see my loyalty finally pay off. BUT MY BROTHER IN CHRIST, WHAT ARE YOU SAYING RIGHT NOW?
How the hell are you going to wish the back-to-back Super Bowl champions good luck in the postseason?!?! BROTHER YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO NEED LUCK IN THE POSTSEASON. I get it, the Ravens didn’t play their best game and still almost pulled out a win at Arrowhead. That’s something to be proud of. But do you really think the Chiefs aren’t going to get better as the season goes on? This is a team that has Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, and a whole roster of talent—they're only going to get better.
Come on, Isiah, you’re better than that!
