I've Seen Enough: Jayden Daniels Is Going To Wreak Havoc On The NFL For Years To Come
I'm dead serious when I type this- Jayden Daniels is officially THE GUY. Like, I've joked about every QB we've had in the last 20 years from John Beck to Mark Sanchez, to McNabb skipping balls in the dirt, to Jason Campbell and his year-long release, Kirk Cousins, Rex Grossman, Taylor Heinicke, Carson Wentz, Sam Howell....on and on and on we go. But this time....This time it's different.
I can't believe it guys, we finally have our franchise QB. Jayden does it all. He can throw for accuracy, for power, has touch, has pocket presence, and can run. Every clip I see of him is better than the last. He legit has not missed a throw during camp.
I get it- he's a rookie. I should temper my expectations. I should take a breath. BUT I WON'T!!! I can't help myself. I have seen 100 bad QBs filter in and out of Washington. If there is a smidgen of hope at the QB position I will lead the bandwagon to the Super Bowl or die trying.
Everything in Washington does feel different. We finally have a real front office, a real GM, a real coaching staff, and improvements being made across the board to make the franchise fan-friendly again. And then there's Jayden who is the engine who will (hopefully) makes this all run. I hate to put all the weight on his shoulders, but that's what comes with being a QB. There's no job in sports more important than the starting QB, but there's also no job harder to be good at than the starting QB. There's maybe 10 in the world. And my god, I would give anything for Jayden to become one of those 10.

I should probably calm down but I can't! And I know, he will have ups and downs. Every QB, especially rookies, have roller coaster seasons. So yes, deep down I know we shouldn't expect him to be Mahomes immediately. But man. I like everything we've seen out of him so far. HTTC.
