Eagles' Guard Landon Dickerson Is The Early Front Runner For NFL MVP After Setting Up This Giant Slip And Slide In His Backyard

There ain't nothing better than getting a little wet with the boys, I'll tell ya that much right now.

It's summertime in Philly. It's hot as dick out there, humid as could be, and the fellas just want a way to cool off and bro down. The slip n' slide is such an underutilized summer bro down activity. Most likely because the majority of us don't have a friend who owns a massive property with the perfect hill to bomb down. When you're a little kid, you can have fun just sliding across a little 15' sheet on a flat lawn. But if you really want to rip? You need to bomb downhill.

Just look at how much fun the boys are having here. You don't get that by just inviting a couple of friends over to swim in a pool. You don't get that by having to lug a million chairs and coolers to the beach. You don't get that by having to deal with massive lines at a waterpark. The only way you get that much fun with the fellas is with a massive slip n' slide. Find me another team in the NFL that is having that much fun before training camp right now. You simply cannot.

Credit to Landon Dickerson. He's a lawn guy through and through. He signed a massive contract extension this offseason and immediately used that extra money in his account to buy himself a new mower.

Throws down some vicious stripes in the front yard. And then the backyard is as plush as could be. Probably feels like they were sliding down on top of a cloud. The type of lawn where it feels wrong to even wear shoes on. You just want to rub your hands through it. I still think the Eagles messed up here by not adding a little extra on the backend of that contract extension just to make sure Landon Dickerson sticks around in Philly to be the head groundskeeper at Lincoln Financial Field.
