Aaron Rodgers Injury - You knew that Mr. Cat would put this at the top of the list. He has a well-documented rivalry with the QB, and our very own Memes was not happy to hear this either. It would be a shame if this happened.
Beer Olympics Got Canceled - I don't know much about the upcoming Beer Olympics, but all I keep hearing about the event is that people are dropping out left and right. It would be a shame if this happened.
Celtics Got Swept - Hank lives and dies by the Celtics. He even agreed to shave his head if they won it all. But getting SWEPT by Dallas in the NBA Finals? It would be a shame if this happened.
Jake Got Hacked And Did The Ray Allen Tweet - Pretty much the only thing I have flat out rejected when asked by Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter over the five years that I've been on PMT. I'll dip at a basketball game, I'll put on a bikini at a hockey game, but the Ray Allen tweet is a big no-no. It would be a shame if this happened.
Caleb Williams Was Ben Simmons - A first overall pick with a lot of hype and turning out to be a bust? It would be a shame if this happened.
Jalen Hurts Wasn't The Guy - Just a year and a half ago, this man was one drive away from leading the Eagles to the Lombardi Trophy. But after a frustrating 2023, what if the slide continues this year? It would be a shame if this happened.
Hank Didn't Dunk - A couple of episodes of the "Dunkumentary" have already been released, but what if it's all for nothing? What if by Dec. 31, 2024, Hank still can't dunk? It would be a shame if this happened.
Something Happened To Mr. Pear - We love Mr. Pear here at Pardon My Take. An innocent, little turtle who does nothing but eat, sleep, and make picks. If something happened to him? It would be a shame if this happened.
Joel Embiid Asked For A Trade - A guy who has been unable to get the 76ers over the hump in the playoffs looking for a fresh start? It would be a shame if this happened.
Joel Embiid Got Hurt For Team USA, Lost To Jokic - All of America embarrassed on the biggest stage of them all. Who would we blame for this? Max, of course. It would be a shame if this happened.

PFT Was Better At Golf Than Hank - Everyone knows that playing golf is Hank's favorite hobby (to be fair, it's mine, too). But if PFT was better than him despite not playing nearly as much? It would be a shame if this happened.
