History: Tiger Makes His 24th Consecutive Cut At The Masters, Sends A Warning Shot To Everyone That He's Lurking Heading Into The Weekend

I said it yesterday in the blog when Tiger birdied 1, it's about believing in something. We know Tiger is going to make the cut at Augusta, it's literally all he does at this point. But you know what I like more than that? Tiger sending a warning shot. Tiger getting a little cocky heading into the weekend:

You're goddamn right he's still in the ball game! The winds are currently howling. We don't know how the weather is going to be the rest of this round. Tiger is in the clubhouse at +1 as Bryson sits at -7 as we talk with 4 holes left. Tiger is currently tied in 25th, it's not insane to think he can dial in and hope for some collapses here. We've seen crazier shit at the Masters. All I know is he's in the ball game.

We saw some *ahem* vintage Tiger today too.

Just constantly got up and down all day. Definition of grinding out pars and battling back after those early bogeys. Get those irons dialed in a little more this weekend and we could be onto something here. Not only that but those two pars to close out the second round gives him some extra rest tonight. Gonna need that after walking 23 holes today. Let the big man rest, heal up and come out firing tomorrow. We got big names up top, we have big names lurking and we have Tiger. That's what you want from this tournament.

History, sending warning shots. Dare I say it? Dare I say … back. Tiger at Augusta man, nothing else in the world like it.
