Finally, A Good Bridgerton Season 3 Trailer

PRAISE BE! I fucking love Bridgerton. Sure, season 2 wasn't anywhere near as good as season 1, but the vibes are there, the hotness is there, and I'm seated for season 3. Up until now we've seen small, lousy promos that gave us zero information and looked as if our favorite horny fictional Regency era show was out of juice, but I'm happy to report that is NOT the case.

Okay. I can't express how happy I am that we are getting basically a whole season around Lady Whistledown herself, Penelope Featherington AKA Derry Girls star (and THIRTY SEVEN YEAR OLD) Nicola Coughlan. First thing's first - 37!!!! She looks UNREAL. Secondly, am I sensing a little Reputation Era LW? The Bridgerton boy who was keeping her in the friend zone is suddenly realizing what he's missing when she puts on the sexy new dress? He sees her dancing around the ballroom with a few potential suitors, and suddenly decides he wants her all to himself? I couldn't be more in. Unfortunately we will have to deal with her annoying ass friend Eloise (who seems to be like, angry that she's going after her brother? Disbelief? Is she EVEN A FRIEND?) and the rest of the Bridgerton society that will certainly have a lot to say about Penelope's glow up.

Never forget when the world turned upside down by Season 1's sexual chemistry, forbidden love and general ridiculousness. Season 2 lacked a lot of that IMO and I'm looking forward to seeing more shirtless Lords and Ladies this season. I've got my petticoat ready!
