LaDainian Tomlinson Accused Cam Cameron Of Throwing The Chargers 2006 Playoff Game Vs The Patriots

Lets just break down this divisional playoff game to see how it matches up with LT's claim. Like the clip says, the Chargers had a 14-3 lead with 2:10 left in the half.

Before that mark:
- RBs rushed 16 times for 95 yards(5.9 YPC) and two touchdowns.
- Rives was 7/16 for 117 yards and was sacked twice.

After that mark:
- RBs rushed 12 times for 50 yards (4.1 YPC) and a touchdown.
- Rivers passed 10 times for 101 yards (7/10) and was sacked once.

More specifically for Tomlinson:
- FIRST HALF: he had 15 total touches in the first half for 137 total yards and a touchdown.
- SECOND HALF he had 10 total touches for 44 total yards and a touchdown.

Honestly, as much as I want to agree with LT that Cam Cameron was a sabotaging son a of a bitch, I don't think he was to blame. They LT was touching the ball at about the same clip as the first half and probably would have matched it if the Chargers didn't have to pass their entire last possession. The blame has always rested at one person's feet and that's never changed.

That disaster of a play + them playing the greatest QB in history just makes it kind of tough to blame anyone or anything else. If any Chargers playoff game deserves this sort of analysis, it's Brandon Staley's bungling vs the Jaguars a few years ago. Up TWENTY SEVEN POINTS, a scenario where any coach would do their best to dominate TOP, Staley ran the ball 7 total times in 1+ half and netted ZERO yards. CRIMINAL!

Whatever, all of this is in the past. Time to remind myself that we are attacking this year with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
