March is Here: Stetson Just Saved Themselves From A Disastrous Season Ending Loss With a Game Winning Three In The Final Seconds
The Atlantic Sun Conference is running March and I won't hear anything different. This conference is bananaland.
I recapped the Quarterfinals the other night where we had teams ineligible for the NCAA tourney playing, coaches in camo pants, buzzer beaters and the #1 seed all losing in the same night.
Conference is the looney bin.
Tonight I was as excited for these games as I was when the Big East was on top of the world in 2009. I had to watch these A-Sun games who the fuck knows what's going to happen in this conference. It delivered again. The 10 Seed Jacksonville had the lead late until Stephan Swenson buried a stepback three to steal a win. We almost had a #10 seed playing in a conference championship game. I love this sport so damn much. What a shot by Swenson, talk about saving yourself from a disaster. My God. Close call.
Cannot wait for this championship game. The possibilities are ENDLESS.
