PFT Commenter Shows Jay Bilas His New Idea To Combat Court Storming

On today's Pardon My Take... JAY BILAS! The college basketball expert for ESPN joined Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter on today's show to discuss court storming, teams getting hot, NIL, and more.

In case you aren't aware, Bilas presented an idea to shut down court storming earlier this week, and it involves... arresting students.

Is that option a bit severe? Probably. But if we are throwing ideas out there, who better to brainstorm on how to settle down on this topic than our very own Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter?! That brings us to today's show, where PFT tells Bilas about his own idea, and it involves visiting players getting potential revenge. Take a look...

Alright, I see what PFT is saying here. The road players are just seconds removed from a devastating loss on the road, and then in an instant, you have thousands of drunk students charging towards you. How do you potentially limit that number? By knowing that these D-I athletes, who are much bigger than you, have the ability to defend themselves at all costs. Something to think about. As a notable softie myself, I know that rule would make me think long and hard about storming the court (ehhh as I'm typing this, in the moment, I'd probably take the risk).

Regardless, it's always interesting to hear people's takes on court storming. This seems to happen every year, and the Duke-Wake Forest incident just so happens to be the one that sparked the topic this time around.
