Merab "The Machine" Dvalishvili Just Retired Henry Cejudo And Wouldn't Stop Talking To Mark Zuckerberg Throughout The Fight

No nickname has ever been as fitting as "The Machine" is for Merab Dvalishvili. This guy is a fucking machine. He's a monster.

As I'm typing this, he's doing his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan after a pretty grueling fight with former champion and Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo, and he pointed out how he's not even breathing heavy - and he's not! It's crazy!

It was a great fight, though; Cejudo got off to a hot start, rocking Merab with a left in a wild exchange....

....but Merab then did what Merab does best, and took over pretty much as soon as the second round started. He landed takedowns with ease (despite Cejudo committing some egregious fence grabs), chopped it up with Mark Zuckerberg while choking Triple C....

….and even pulled a Matt Hughes/Frank Trigg takedown, running him across the octagon to hit the slam in front of Zuckerberg!

Ridiculous. I don't know why he loves Zuckerberg so much but he does! I think he said he's been a big supporter for months?!

Henry Cejudo promised that he would retire (again) if he lost to Merab tonight, so I was a little surprised they didn't give him a post-fight interview - but I certainly wasn't missing it. We saw his first retirement speech - we get the jist. Don't let the door hit ya on the ass on the way out.

Merab should now get the winner of Suga Sean/Chito Vera, and if I were one of them, I think I'd be terrified.

Obviously Cejudo showed you could stun him with a good shot, so O'Malley/Vera could both probably knock him out….but if he gets ahold of ya even once - you're fucked. I don't know how you beat that guy if you don't one shot KO him.
