Just When You Thought You Saw Everything In College Basketball, Mount St. Mary’s And Rider Are Playing With An Audio Shot Clock Where The PA Announcer Counts Down Every Possession

I really thought I have seen it all. Just last night we had a team stuck in a damn elevator for Christ sakes. 

And yet here we are tonight .. an audio shot clock. Just absolutely ridiculous, You get higher quality game ops at The Berry Homes Summer League than this. 

Imagine lining up for a college basketball game and you have a PA announcer working the shot clock. Just nothing better than this sport, the most rediculous damn thing we got going. It owns the month of March because of the pageantry and the lunacy of the tournament and most casual fans love it because you don’t need to think to much to enjoy it. Just show up, skip out of work and watch the chaos for 3 straight weeks. 

But if you watch the sport religiously and pay attention to the stories every night you realize just how insane this thing is. Absolutely unbelievable stories night in and night out, the best …. The damn best.
