You can’t make it up some nights you really can’t. Just when you think every wacky situation, every insane moment, or every improbable cover has already been done, here comes another one. And someone that one you never saw coming is the most painful of them all.
The fact that these refs called a foul with 0.3 is just an all time you gotta be shitting me moment if you had San Diego St. Not only did you know he was going to make both free throws , the rule of having anything under 0.3 be a tip in not a shot meant you didn’t even have a prayer for a heave cover. Just torture.
The worst of these situations is still 2016 Duke -5 when they brought the teams back on the court for free throws. Torture.
