Joe Flacco Beat Out Damar Hamlin For Comeback Player Of The Year

I can't believe it happened. I was heavy on the "Flacco deserves it more" bandwagon back in December and people were none too pleased!

But I guess the voters felt the same way. What Flacco did with the Browns was much more impressive than Hamlin's 17 snaps and terrible fake punt. Now, the other argument is "Hamlin died and came back" and I hear ya, but he didn't really come back, right? I mean…right? We can all agree you should have to play football to win comeback player of the year. 

It is nuts Hamlin got more first round votes…but then those pesky 2nd and 3rd round votes were nowhere to be found. So that's a dirty win by Flacco, but a win nonetheless.

How bout Vegas by the way? They missed on this one. Even the AI algorithm bots are shocked. The more I type the funnier it is Joe Flacco beat a dead guy who came back to life but that's why football rules.
