Tate McRae Has Definitively Won NHL All Star Weekend

It's tough to declare anyone more of a winner for NHL All Star weekend than Connor McDavid who created a $1 million skills competition just for himself to dominate, but I think singer Tate McRae has stolen the crown.

Who is Tate McRae you may ask? Well, she's a pretty big on the rise pop artist who is all over my Tiktok feed. Maybe that says more about myself than anything else, but I see more and more of this woman as the days grow on. Some say she's an industry plant, but she may just be a monster who understands how to play to her audience.

Trust tree confession? I kinda like her music!

I have no worries based on this performance among other things that she will become a superstar. If she wants to show up to the Super Bowl next week at halftime I won't say no. Gary Bettman gets a lot of flack, but whoever decided to get her for All Star Weekend deserves a giant raise. Fun fact, her ex boyfriend happens to be NHL player Cole Sillinger so this performance feels like a giant fuck you to him. Well done.
