Getting A Good Night's Sleep Before Playing In The Super Bowl Has To Be Impossible

On today's Pardon My Take... BOOGER MCFARLAND! The ESPN football analyst and longtime PMT recurring guest joined Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter on today's show to discuss the Super Bowl, what it’s like playing in a Super Bowl, birthdays, and more.

Booger McFarland is a 2-time Super Bowl Champion. But when you have the bye week in between the Conference Championship game and the Super Bowl, time can go really, really slow. On today's show, Booger told us a story about how he could barely sleep the night before playing in a Super Bowl, and it was really interesting to hear. Take a look...

I can only imagine how tough it is to pass the time before an event like this. Think about it, we've all had those moments before a big event, exam, or interview that keeps us turning in our beds the night before.

But imagine having to pass the time before playing in the SUPER BOWL?! Those 3:30 AM balcony thoughts must have been interesting. Luckily for Booger, his Colts ended up beating the Bears in that big game, earning himself, Peyton Manning, and company a well-deserved ring.
