Every Team In The NFL Should Be Jealous Of The New York Giants

You see that right there? That tweet is a little something we call win-win. Name another team that has that. I can't think of one. Now, sure, I know people out there will say why would be jealous of the Giants when we have a top tier quarterback or didn't draft a running back 2nd overall or have a couple great receivers or not reports of fighting between coaches or a team that has more wins. All fair arguments. But you can't be a top-5 pick AND still have a shot at the playoffs. That's unless you're the New York Giants. We control our own destiny baby.

Want that top-5 pick? No problem. Want to make the playoffs? Look at the schedule.

Sure there's two games against the Eagles. But am I scared of the Eagles? No it's impossible to be scared of any team in a win-win situation. Plus, make the playoffs and anything can happen. I mean:

The only thing I ask is don't do what I fully expect to happen. Win this game, win a couple more and miss the playoffs while somehow being like the 9th overall pick. I'm too used to seeing that. Gotta go one way or the other one time. Tank or get hot. Nothing else should matter right now. 

And yes I'm fully aware this blog is me just trying to find some goddamn good with this franchise this season. But the point stands. We control our own destiny for a top pick or the playoffs. Jealousy is all over the place.
