Cancer Sucks ... Viral Providence Judge Frank Caprio Is Battling Pancreatic Cancer

If you are reading this going, that guy looks familiar where do I know him from ... Judge Frank Caprio has gone viral a number of times on social media. Almost always for moments that make you cry, and show his compassionate side.

He's explained where his attitude of common sense instead of black and white rulings come from ... 

It's amazing to watch in a system that does seem very cut and dry, Caprio uses his life lessons, life experiences and common sense to make judgments instead of banging people out for minor infractions. He usually has them converse instead of talking down to them. He tries to see that sometimes in life there really is just a bad bounce or bad luck or other factors come into play and cause you to get a ticket, miss a light etc. He doesn't automatically rule those as dismissals but more tries to think about if he gave them the fine or the ticket would it be even more of a struggle to overcome. Sometimes people feel like the humps of shit out of the sky won't stop landing on their heads. It always feels like Caprio tried to tell people it may never stop raining shit, but I'll offer you an umbrella today and maybe that stops the rain for one day. Sometimes thats the break someone needs to change their luck or get out of a rut.

Anyway, Caprio has pancreatic cancer and it's just another reason cancer sucks ass. Cancer has no boundaries, race, religion, weight, financial status, upbringing, blind, deaf, healthy, smart, dumb it doesn't give a fuck. It goes after whoever it wants and it's horrible. Worst of all , cancer doesn't stop to judge good people or bad people. Today is proof of that with Judge Caprio who wouldn't hurt a fly. Here's to hoping he beats it, or God looks down amongst his battle of shit raining on his head and offers him an umbrella.
