Trump Was Right: Exercise Will Kill You

Apologies for the long video, but we all remember this right? A person, much like a battery, is born with a finite amount of energy. Once you use up all your energy, then POOF, you're dead. A lot of people mocked Trump for his take on exercise. People said things like, "You're dumb and orange", and cited years upon years of medical research that proved the exact opposite of his claim.

Well suck on this libs.

Daily Mail - Results revealed how the most active adults were least likely to die over the course of the 45-year study.

However, the link faded heavily when lifestyle factors, such as smoking and alcohol, were factored in.

It means that, in theory, people who exercise more may only live longer because they follow a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep and are social as opposed to how much time they spend in the gym.

In fact, being among the top workout fanatics could actually fuel biological ageing by nearly two years, results suggest.

The article goes on to say a bunch of other "stuff" about the study. It lists qualifications, it says other things, blah blah blah, etc. But that's irrelevant. All that matters is the bolded statement above. "Workout fanatics could actually fuel biological ageing by nearly two years."

Life is like a game of Mortal Kombat. Everybody starts with a health bar above their heads. They more activities you do, the more likely your health bar is to decrease. You run a marathon, you're health decreases slightly. You lift weighs, your health decreases slightly. You smoke meth, it decreases a little more. You get trampled by a pack of wildebeests, you're health decreases all the way. Sure you can replenish it a bit. Every time you take a supplement pushed by Joe Rogan, you gain a little health. But for the most part, the more you do, the more likely you are to die.

Honestly, think about all of the things that can kill you if you leave your home to exercise. You could get COVID, flu, swine flu, break your neck, deadly concussion, hit by a car, hit by a bus, hit by a train, killed by a homeless man, fever, Ebola, tuberculosis, drown in a lake, contract AIDS, and more. Those things can take a toll on your body, and drastically shorten your life expectancy. They can happen on the way to gym, at the gym, while jogging, literally anywhere outside of your house. You know where it can't happen? On the comfort of your couch. I guess you could call an AIDS riddled hooker to your home. And I guess a car could drive into your living room. And yes, you could get things like liver disease, lung cancer, severe drug addiction, and killed by your wife from your own couch. But you get my point. If you stick to your house, and get a moderate amount of walking in (within your house), and eat a semi-healthy diet, nothing bad is going to happen to you. Probably… I guess…. Idk I kind of lost my argument there. The point is #TrumpWasRight.
