The War Between Colin Cowherd And Backwards Hats is Back - This Time Brock Purdy Has Been Targeted For Annihilation

He’s baaaaaaaaaack! Colin Cowherd just couldn’t help himself and had to relapse on his addiction. No, we're not talking about drugs, alcohol, gambling, or sex workers. We're talking hats. His rivalry vs backwards hats has returned in full force. This year’s target? Of course it's Brock Purdy. 

It’s incredible Colin is STILL doing this bit. Just a refusal to switch it up. Doing the weird voice change to emulate a “cool guy” who can’t act professional. We saw this with Carson Wentz in the past when he did this bizarre impression that will haunt me until the day I take my last breath. I look forward to death to escape this video. 

To be slightly fair he ended up being dead on with Wentz not being a franchise guy, but that was more of a broken clock being right twice a day situation. There’s no need to ever entertain this theory obviously. Brady wore a backwards hat all the time. Burrow does it. Rodgers. Everyone has or does. I just find it amusing that it’s 2023 and he’s still ranting on hats. HATS! I wonder if he ever sees a family member or friend rock a backwards hat and accosts them. Where does it end?

 I could see an alarm system similar to what you get when there's an Amber alert being wired into Colin's house and phone. Anytime a good QB wears a backwards hat it blares out and that's when it's time for war. Family then know to hide in their rooms while he gets into the take chamber. All because of a backwards hat. Perfectly normal human stuff.

We’ve got the game of the year on Sunday with the Niners visiting Philly in the late afternoon slot. San Fran being as big as a 3 point favorite on the road to the Eagles should tell you everything you need to know about what Vegas thinks of these two teams. If SF is fully healthy they’re just on another level. Purdy current sits 5th in MVP odds at +1000 but a big game on Sunday could shoot those up big time. God forbid he wears a backwards hat though. Who would vote for that kind of person?
