Forecaster Frank NFL Picks Week 13: It's Beginning To Look Like The Stretch Drive

I can't escape mediocrity; I went 9-7 last week. My overall record is a terrible 84-94-3.
Thursday
- Dal -9 (o/u 47.5)
- Cowboys 37 Seahawks 17
The Cowboys are rolling, especially at home. They have won 13 straight games in Jerry's World. The Seahawks have not been able to beat good teams and have struggled on the road, and this has blowout written all over it.
Sunday at 1
- Hou -3.5 (o/u 47.5)
- Texans 20 Broncos 17
The Broncos' turnaround has been remarkable as they went from 1-5 to being in the playoff hunt after five straight wins. That will end this week as the surging Texans, also battling for a playoff spot, bounce back from a tough loss against the Jaguars.
- NE +6 (o/u 41.5)
- Chargers 20 Patriots 16
The Chargers find different ways to lose every week. The Patriots are in the hunt for the top seed. Expect an ugly game, as neither team will look strong, with each team turning the ball over multiple times.
- NO +4 (o/u 45.5)
- Saints 27 Lions 23
The Lions have been stumbling the last few weeks. They needed a comeback to beat the Bears and lost to the Packers. Expect another shaky performance, as the Saints, needing a win, get the upset at home.
- Atl -3 (o/u 33.5)
- Falcons 17 Jets 9
The Jets are a laughingstock. Tim Boyle cannot throw. The Falcons are leading the mediocre NFC South and are coming off a big win against the Saints. Expect the Jets to create more comedy while the Falcons get back to .500.
- Ari +5.5 (o/u 41.5)
- Steelers 17 Cardinals 13
The Steelers always battle down to the final minutes. The Cardinals have shown signs of life with Kyle Murray. This one will be a Steelers win, but not a Steelers cover.
- Ten +1 (o/u 42.5)
- Titans 24 Colts 20
Unlike their struggles on the road, the Titans have played well in the Music City. Look for a strong game for Will Levis as they stun the Colts and keep their faint playoff hopes alive.
- Mia -9.5 (o/u 49.5)
- Dolphins 38 Commanders 17
The Commanders have one of the weakest secondaries in the league. The Dolphins have one of the most explosive offenses. This one could be explosive as Tyreek Hill continues his pursuit of 2,000 receiving yards.
Sunday Late Games
- TB -5 (o/u 36.5)
- Buccaneers 27 Panthers 10
Sorry, Carolina, there will be no interim coach boost. The firing of Frank Reich was the most idiotic decision in a series of idiotic decisions by owner David Tepper. They have now gone through six coaches since 2019. Reich did not want to draft Bryce Young because he understands what it takes to be a quarterback. Tepper does not. The Panthers are a clown show.
- LAR -3.5 (o/u 39.5)
- Rams 23 BROWN*S 7
The Browns are more like a mash unit as the injuries continue to compile. Now, key players on the defense are succumbing to the injury bug. The Rams will get the win, as the Browns hope to get healthy.
- 49ers -3 (o/u 46.5)
- 49ers 31 Eagles 20
This is a trap line. Logic will say the Eagles should be favored. The Eagles have the best record in the NFL and are home. However, the Niners are favorites. This is when most people bet on the Eagles and lose. The Niners are surging, and their defense can cause problems for the Eagles.
Sunday Night
- KC -6 (o/u 42.5)
- Chiefs 31 Packers 20
Over/under Taylor Swift mentions is at 17. The Chiefs offense found itself last week in Las Vegas and will come out strong, winning under the lights in Lambeau.
Monday Night
- Jax -8 (o/u 37.5)
- Jaguars 34 Bengals 13
The Bengals' hopes died when Joe Burrow went down. Going into Duval, they face a hungry Jaguars team that can send a message that they are for real. Look for the Jaguars to win this one easily.
