Anyone Have $9 Million I Can Borrow For Frank Sinatra's Old Party House In Hollywood?

NY Post- An LA home steeped in Hollywood history is hitting the market for $8.99 million — dramatically down from its $21.5 million ask in 2021. Built on a mountaintop high above the San Fernando Valley, this midcentury-modern home is where Frank Sinatra lived for eight years, gratis, entertaining his Rat Pack pals, thanks to the benevolence of the home’s first owner, Chase Bank heiress and New York socialite Dora Hutchinson. It’s also where Lucille Ball lived, likewise gratis, when she left her husband, Desi Arnaz.

More than 500 film and TV production companies have rented the property since then for hits like “Mad Men,” “Californication,” “Dreamgirls,” “Transformers” and “Bewitched.” Hermès even once wrapped the home in red for a party. It’s also where Miley Cyrus filmed her “Flowers” video, and where Usher shot “Burn.”

You know what? There's a lot of celebrity houses that people have wanted throughout history- Billy Joel's Mansion on Long Island for me, maybe McConaughey's ranch in Texas, Dave Portnoy's mansion in Miami, Clooney's house in Lake Como, but you know what may top literally all of those options? Frank Sinatra's old party house in Los Angeles. You're telling me you could live in a house for Frank entertained the fucking RAT PACK for 8 whole years? 2 tenures of high school with the rat pack? That's as good as it gets.

I don't even smoke cigarettes yet the first order of business would have to be filling this house up with smoke to give it a real authentic, vintage feel so I can basically cosplay as the Rat Pack. Despite that though this house would probably be good for my health as I don't even think I would go out anymore. I'd just sit home 24/7 and play pool with my friends while enjoying the occasional cigar and vodka on the rocks. Drinks would also be strictly on the rocks there (obviously). No mixers allowed. Sinatra playing in the background at all times. Is that Heaven? No....it's just Frank's former house.

And how about Mad Men and Claifornication also being shot there? This place may be the biggest bro haven west of the Mississippi when all is said and done. Moral of the story: I need $9 million.
